This post is one day late, unfortunately. I wanted to post it the last day of February, but I was too busy watching the Olympics!
I love switching up eyeshadows every week. Over the month of February, I was into the purples/pinks for Valentine's Day, but I still enjoyed other colours as well. My top 5 fav eyeshadows are:
Annabelle trio in Rosewood - This is a gorgeous trio, with a matte baby pink, a shimmery dusty light pink, and a plummy-brown shade. All three shadows create a really love look, perfect to wear on a date or going out.
Maybelline quad in Enchanted Forest - I love a shimmery gold-green eye look, and this quad provides just that. Consisting of a light antique gold, an olive green, a shimmery champagne, and a dark brown, this is a gorgeous quad for all occasions. I love mixing up various combos of these four shades to create a variety of looks.
Maybelline quad in Enchanted Forest - I don't have many dark purples, and there is a gorgeous dark purple in this quad that I love. I like wearing this for a purple smokey eye.
Annabelle trio in Haute Chocolate - Of course, I love my browns as well. This trio is made up of a light beige, a medium taupe brown, and a rich, dark brown. This makes a great smokey brown eye, but can be toned down for daytime as well.
L'Oreal Hip duo in Sculpted - A shimmery medium pink with reddish undertones, and a deep blackened plum shade with pink sparkles. I love the plum shade, it's perfect for deepening up any look, and also makes a great liner. While I don't use the pink as much, it looks great as a pop of color on the outer corners of my eye.
